Lauren Gearing
Founder I CEO
Lauren founded Queenbridge in 2024, having previously served as a Partner in a global search firm, a part of their industrials practice. Prior to that she spent over a decade with another global search firm in their consumer team, having started her career in politics as a researcher in the Houses of Parliament. She read PPE at Oriel College Oxford.
Lauren advises boards and leadership teams across the industrials and consumer space, working with clients to help build diverse and high performing international teams. Lauren is a Meyler Campbell accredited coach.

Senior Associate
Samantha is a Senior Associate at Queenbridge, providing multi-sector executive search support. Prior to joining Queenbridge, she spent over two years as a Senior Associate within a global executive search firm’s Industrials practice, providing research support on global search and organisational consulting mandates spanning the C-suite to board level, across the manufacturing, aerospace and defence, automotive and technology sectors. She began her career with a boutique firm serving private equity, asset management and wider financial services clients.

Niamh is an Associate at Queenbridge, supporting executive search projects across a range of sectors. She is responsible for conducting in-depth market research, candidate identification and outreach. Prior to joining Queenbridge in 2025, Niamh completed her MSc in Gender, Media and Culture at LSE and read Human, Social and Political Sciences at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge.

Lisa is responsible for liaising with clients and candidates at Queenbridge as Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant. Prior to working with Queenbridge Lisa founded her own executive support business Crossing the Chasm in 2018. Lisa previously served as a Studio Manager at PLB Projects. Prior to that,
she spent over a decade in various management and administrative roles, including positions at Mount St John Sporting, Capita, and Capesthorne Pavilion.
